Apart from baking, Catherine is also active runner. She has so far completed three full marathons, nine half marathons, and three 10ks.

As for allergens, all our cookies contain wheat and eggs. You can rest assured that we do not use nuts, soy, or milk in our products. When requested to make cakes, buttermilk is used in the cake batter. However since our cookies are baked in a home kitchen environment, the aforementioned products are still present nearby.
